Some things exist only in the Middle Kingdom, and some others exist here in a different form. Drinks for example are such a case. You won't find many drinks we have in the West, and if case you find your favourite drink, it will be different from the one you're used to.
A good example are soft drinks. Coke or Pepsi, etc Diet, Decaf, Cherry (diet, decaf diet), Vanilla (diet, decaf diet), don't exist here, not even in the international supermarket chains like Carrefour or Walmart. If you're lucky, you'll find Coke Zero and Pepsi Max. Sprite comes in the regular form and fast only, and Fanta comes in two variations as you can see in the photo farther down. The problem is, that only Regular Coke, Pepsi, Sprite and Fanta come in big bottles. Zero and Max and Blueberry come in small size. Why is that? Because Chinese don't drink them. They prefer water to anything else.
If you are a fan of Red Bull, think again. It comes in two different cans, but it is disgusting, no matter which can you buy.

This commercial appeared on Chinese TV a few weeks ago, and most people, especially foreigners, found it racist. Foreigners agree that it should be banned and they also agree that the black man looks way better than the Chinese babyface at the end. But many Chinese are of a different opinion and see nothing wrong with it.
